Agape Foundation is dedicated to transforming the lives of children, empowering them to realize their dreams and become responsible contributors to their communities and beyond. Through our programs and initiatives, we provide a nurturing environment where children can thrive, offering education, mentorship, and support that pave the way for a brighter future.
In 2013, what began as a quiet moment of divine instruction in the heart of Mrs. Olasumbo Fimihan-Adeoye became a life-changing mission for children in need. From that calling, Agape Foundation was born, a home built not just with walls, but with love, faith, and unwavering compassion.
The foundation exists to do more than provide shelter. It is a place where abandoned and vulnerable children are nurtured, healed, and guided in the way of the Lord, reminded daily that their lives have meaning, purpose, and hope.
From its earliest days, when just four little children, some only months old, found safety within its care, the Home has been a refuge in the truest sense. Over time, its doors have opened wider, not only to orphans but also to children escaping abuse, offering them a place to be kids again.
Today, in the heart of Ibadan, the Home is filled with the laughter, dreams, and resilience of thirteen children between the ages of one and seventeen. Each child carries a story of loss, of survival, and now, of hope.
Agape Foundation is more than an orphanage. It is a family. A place where broken beginnings are gently rewritten into futures filled with love, dignity, and possibility.
